Adli itiraz, itiraz edilen fiili d\u00fczenleyen yetkili vergi dairesine s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde itiraz edebilirim?<\/h3>\n<p>Adli yoldan itiraz, Vergi Usul Kanunu&#8217;nun 5. maddesi veya buna mukabil \u0130dari Usul Kanununun 63. maddesine g\u00f6re h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine g\u00f6re, vergi makamlar\u0131n\u0131n fiillerine kar\u015f\u0131, fiilin bildiriminin veya ihmalin olu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n ge\u00e7erli olmas\u0131ndan itibaren otuz (30) g\u00fcnl\u00fck itiraz vadesi i\u00e7inde yap\u0131l\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ikamet edenler i\u00e7in ilgili s\u00fcre altm\u0131\u015f (60) g\u00fcn olarak
